    Sugar free jello.

Mix sugar free jello, and boiling water (2 cup water for a small package of jello) then mix in 1-2 cups of vanilla Greek yogurt. Refrigerate. So good.

    1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 TBS honey
    1 TBS ground cinnamon

Mix everything together, and serve with sliced fruit (we like apples, Strawberries, and banana with this dip)

Honey bunches of oats, chia seeds, blueberries grapes or strawberries and pumpkin seeds. Yum!

  13. I love doing hazelnuts and cocoa nibs- not cheap lol! But I buy in bulk once every few months and only use a little bit of each for the occasional treat as they both keep well It definitely feels more like a dessert than breakfast/snack but satisfies the craving for something sweet while having some protein

We like to stir in granola or fresh fruit.

Also if you mix it with some peanut butter, cinnamon, and honey it makes a delicious fruit dip.
