We put them on tacos. Sounds weird but it’s soooo good! Also salads and burritos.

Pickle them…just add them to a favorite pickle juice on hand or make your own.
One of my families favorites. We use 2 lbs of asparagus and 6-7 hard boiled eggs. Great any time.
