  1. Rice a roni makes a long grain & wild rice that goes really well with seafood, and comes already seasoned. Super simple side to go with salmon and a steamed veggie

    Depends on the fish. Salmon or anything not fried rice and broccoli or asparagus. Fried fish coleslaw and fries. I like to add bread and a salad also

    If it’s fried fish then I make slaw, hushpuppies and fries. If it’s baked fish I make rice, broccoli or salad.

  5. I served baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives and asparagus with salmon tonight for dinner.

    2 cans drained peas or 2 c cooked frozen peas
    ½ c Miracle Whip
    ¼ c pickle relish
    ¼ c chopped celery
    Chopped onion and peppers
    Shredded cheese
    Chopped boiled eggs
    Bacon bits

    Kidney Bean or Corn Salad
    2 cans kidney beans or corn, drained
    ¼ c chopped onion
    ½ c Miracle Whip
    ¼ c pickle relish
    ¼ c chopped celery
    Chopped onion and peppers
    Black or green olives.

    Three Bean Salad
    1 drained can each of
    Green beans
    Kidney beans
    Garbanzo beans
    1 c sugar
    1 c white vinegar
    ¼ c pickle relish
    ¼ c chopped celery
    Chopped onion and peppers
    Black or green olives.

    Cucumber Salad
    2 c sliced cucumbers
    ¼ c chopped onion
    ½ c Miracle Whip
    ¼ c pickle relish
    ¼ c chopped celery
    Chopped onion and peppers
    Black or green olives.

    Egg Salad
    6 diced hard boiled eggs
    ½ c Miracle Whip
    ¼ c pickle relish
    ¼ c bacon bits
    ¼ c chopped celery
    Chopped onion and peppers
    Green or black olives

    Chicken Salad
    1 can drained chicken or 2 c chopped chicken
    ½ c Miracle Whip
    ¼ c pickle relish
    ⅓ c sliced green or black olives
    ¼ c chopped celery
    ¼ c chopped pecans
    Chopped onion and peppers
    Choice of chopped apple, sliced grapes or raisins

    Tuna or Crab Salad
    1 can drained tuna or
    1 c flaked imitation crab
    ⅓ c Miracle Whip
    ¼ c pickle relish
    ¼ c chopped celery
    ¼ chopped green or black olives
    Chopped onion and peppers

    Macaroni Salad
    1 lb cooked macaroni
    ½ c Miracle Whip
    ¼ c pickle relish
    ¼ c chopped celery
    ¼ c sliced green or black olives
    ¼ c bacon bits
    Chopped onion and peppers

    German Slaw
    1 small cabbage, chopped
    ⅓ c shredded carrots
    Bacon bits
    1 c white vinegar
    1 c sugar
    1 t mustard
    Boil dressing ingredients
    Pour over cabbage

  7. Mac and cheese, greens, coleslaw, steamed cabbage, festival, fries, potato salad are all good sides with fish imo

  8. Couscous, orzo salad: I make mine with cooked orzo pasta, chopped fresh baby spinach, sliced raw zucchini or cucumber or both, halved grape tomatoes, Italian dressing, feta cheese, and sliced olives and red onion

  9. Fried fish with a side of spaghetti is a favorite in my house.
    I also like Mac n cheese or roasted potatoes with my fish
