Nuts, sargento ultra thin swiss cheese and Good thins crackers (ordered from Walmart)
Yogurt, string cheese, kimchi, fruit, cereal, oatmeal. Chips don’t ever last long with 3 teenagers in the house.
Fruit .. muffins .. cheese and crackers .. mini ice cream snacks ..
Almonds, cashews, string cheese, baby carrots, grapes, raisins, tiny tomatoes, peanut butter, tortillas, and popcorn.
Picked veggies, cheese sticks, beef sticks, and Cheezits. Sunflower kernels, and peanuts oops and Cocoa Krispies
Sugar free jello. Fruit and a few gluten free small ginger cookies
Plenty of cut up fruit, mini muffins, vegies and dip, crackers, cheese, hummus.
Cheez its, peanuts, popcorn, applesauce, string cheese, granola bars, cottage cheese with fruit.
Hard boiled eggs, mini bites beef stick, cheese n crackers, grapes and an ice water. Or veggies and dill dip.
Carrots, celery and ranch. Apples and pb. A plethora of all…they good healthy go toos

Bowls of different soups, popcorns, fruit salad (pineapple, blueberries,oranges,pears and nartjies).
Fresh fruit; cheese and crackers; carrots and celery, and chip dip or hummus; graham crackers, saltine crackers with peanut butter.
Fresh Veg fruit, frozen fruit in ziplocks ready for smoothies. Popcorn, home made cookies, nuts and cheese. Apple sauce, list goes on I got a teen and tween plus hubby likes snacks
Cucumbers PB on celery, grapes, cheese and of course COOKIES. 😊

Watermelon and cantaloupe
We almost always have apples, bananas, mixed nuts, cashews, chocolate covered almonds, yogurt, and cereal.
Fruit in Jello cups, string cheese, crackers, granola, trail mix, popcorn, cereal, bars of all kinds, fruit, and yogurt, veggies with ranch or peanut butter, most of all water. If you hungry its usually because your dehydrated or bored. So sipping on and drinking water prevents a lot of the uneccessary eating. But im pregnant soxsnacking is like a sport right now.
Popcorn, fruit, pretzels w favors pecan cream cheese
Atkins treat, snack, and meal bars.
Fruits ie., cut grapefruit, cherries, always take care of my sweet tooth
Not food, but a glass of wine usually does it for me.
I get that box variety of chips and a box of random dollar tree snacks

Trail mix, veggies and ranch dip, fruit, trinket and cream cheese we buy the different flavored cream cheese for those.

Yogurt (add in nuts/hemp seeds)
Microwave some refried beans and make a bean & cheese quesadilla
Cheese squares & ritz crackers
Perfect bars
Potato for a baked potato! Always yummy and with a salad, double yummy!!!
PB&J, BREAD, CEREAL AND MILK.
Bag of cherries and some red white and blue sorbet…tastes like those Popsicles sooo good
We freeze grapes covered in sugar free jello. It’s a wonderful snack in the evening.
We have a cookie jar with Adkins sweets in it.
Ramen, its good as a snack, meal, aftermealsnack, and ingredient
Honey roasted peanuts, popcorn, fruit. I’m trying not to eat after dinner but the struggle is real.
Snacking healthier. Bananas with Nutella, organic beef jerky, celery with cream cheese, popcorn, pretzels, trail mix, hummus and cucumber, sliced cheese and crackers, olives, pickles.
Pretzel sticks, trail mix, fresh peaches, string cheese and sardines in water.
