  1. Yogurt, string cheese, kimchi, fruit, cereal, oatmeal. Chips don’t ever last long with 3 teenagers in the house.

  2. Almonds, cashews, string cheese, baby carrots, grapes, raisins, tiny tomatoes, peanut butter, tortillas, and popcorn.

    Picked veggies, cheese sticks, beef sticks, and Cheezits. Sunflower kernels, and peanuts oops and Cocoa Krispies

    Fresh Veg fruit, frozen fruit in ziplocks ready for smoothies. Popcorn, home made cookies, nuts and cheese. Apple sauce, list goes on I got a teen and tween plus hubby likes snacks

    Fruit in Jello cups, string cheese, crackers, granola, trail mix, popcorn, cereal, bars of all kinds, fruit, and yogurt, veggies with ranch or peanut butter, most of all water. If you hungry its usually because your dehydrated or bored. So sipping on and drinking water prevents a lot of the uneccessary eating. But im pregnant soxsnacking is like a sport right now.

  11. Trail mix, veggies and ranch dip, fruit, trinket and cream cheese we buy the different flavored cream cheese for those.

    Microwave some refried beans and make a bean & cheese quesadilla
    Cheese squares & ritz crackers
    Perfect bars

    Honey roasted peanuts, popcorn, fruit. I’m trying not to eat after dinner but the struggle is real.

    Snacking healthier. Bananas with Nutella, organic beef jerky, celery with cream cheese, popcorn, pretzels, trail mix, hummus and cucumber, sliced cheese and crackers, olives, pickles.
