To make a long story short, we made a big pot of spaghetti that wasn’t the usual recipe and the kids didn’t eat as much as they usually do. How can I reinvent a massive amount of spaghetti leftovers?!

  1. Spaghetti grilled cheese!

(artesian bread with garlic butter, spaghetti in the middle with mozzarella)

  2. I did that last week. Ended up making stuffed biscuits with parmesan or mozzarella. And butter garlic and herb the top

Add whatever to make it “the” recipe, and make lasagna with it! Assuming you didn’t mix the pasta in the sauce yet

Add some Alfredo sauce, put in baking dish, cover w lots of mozzarella, and warm it up 🙌🏼

  5. Freeze it, flatten and score the bag. Add a section to soup at the end. Broth, veggies, pasta… soup!

  6. Make a pasta salad. A local deli used to make a spaghetti salad using Salad Supreme seasoning, Italian dressing, chunks of deli meat, cheese and veggies.

  7. I mean clearly, the only option here is to channel your inner iCarly and make spaghetti tacos….

  8. Layer it in a baking dish with either cream cheese or cottage cheese (or both), add some extra sauce and top with shredded cheese and bake til it is hot and cheese is melted.

You can also make a grilled cheese. Add the spaghetti to your grilled cheese and sprinkle garlic powder on the buttered breast before cooking it.

  9. Throw it in a baking dish, sprinkle some shredded cheeses on top and bake it until it’s warmed through and the cheese is melted. Viola baked spaghetti

You can use the sauce if it is separate for pizza and the noodles you can cook in some butter and basile and some parmesan for a different take as a snack.
