This is the most talented group of cooks I know, so I’m coming with an unusual request!
We ate at The Feast restaurant last night in Anna Maria, and had the most delicious meal called Salmon Buri.
It was jasmine rice that was extremely soft, almost like it was fried? Salmon cut into small pieces and grilled (the menu says it’s rubbed in Thai spices and cooked in clover leaf honey) and topped with an orange sweet tiger sauce. It had avocado and cucumber on the side, and was sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
It was so good that I’m determined to learn to copy this! But, I can’t find the recipe anywhere online and I am not the kind of cook that can cook based off of taste and duplicate it. I know you all are that good, though! Help please!
