The kids wanted sausage gravy and biscuits tonight but I didn’t have breakfast sausage so I browned some hamburger, drained the grease, added a pack of white gravy with the pepper in (followed instructions on the pack). It turned out super yummy. Served it over biscuits. Not pictured: I cooked potato wedges in the air fryer at 400° for 20 minutes (I like mine crispy) and topped them with the gravy.

Sos is similiar to sausage gravy.
It’s good this way especially when you make real gravy with the meat 😋
My late hubby used burger more than sausage since I’m not much of a sausage person like he was. It’s VERY yummalicious with burger!❤️

Hamburger gravy would also be good when you happen to have ground beef but no milk. Just use brown gravy mix in a pinch.
