    I use it for beef and noodles instead of a whole roast. There’s only 3 of us so less leftovers.

  2. Mix with cream of celery and diced green chiles and cook it on low for 6 hours. Shred it up and put on tacos, burritos, tostadas

    I use a crock pot and put the 2 lbs of stew meat in, 1. CUp of water and 2 pkgs of taco seasoning. Cook for 6 to 8 hours. Take the lid off and stir in a corn starch slurry.
    Use for tacos or burritos.

    Cook until meat is tender
    Serve with refried or mashed pinto beans, rice, tortillas, avocado and salsa

    No peek beef tips for dinner. 2 lbs stew meat, one can cream of mushroom, one packet brown gravy, one envelope beefy onion soup mix and one can of water. Mix together in a 13×9 pan and cover with foil. Bake at 300 for 3 hours. No peeking! Meat is super tender and delicious. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
