One of the easiest, most tasty chicken pot pie recipes out there.
I use 2 LG cans of cream of chicken, mixed vegetables (carrots peas corn green beans) chicken that I cook in the pressure cooker and shred. 2 boxes of stove top stuffing.
Pre cook chicken, mix with cream soup, and frozen veggies. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Prepare stuffing according to package, top the casserole with stuffing and bake an additional 10 minutes on 350 then broil for roughly 3 minutes at 500.
This is enough for a family of 7. So good, kids love it.

Screenshotted to try this soon 🤗 I have 2 boxes of stove top that I need to use up!

Looks great! I like to make a quick chicken pie using Bisquick mix for the topping, but a box or package of stuffing would be even easier. I think I’d like to try it with Stovetop cornbread stuffing. I also like that you use frozen veggies and not canned.
    Thanks for the idea!
