  1. Haha my husband has joked with me before about how I’m probably the only one who eats it like that lol!

  2. My grandmother made this as a depression era appetizer with saltines on the side. I still make it for myself.

  3. I generally add whatever veggies we have in the fridge that are on their last leg to that mix. Personally, not a fan of it but my hubby loves it and I make it all summer.

  4. I love these! On hand in the fridge most of the summer! The first time I made them ever I was so proud of them and excited to treat my husband as he said they were a favorite for him. After his first bit, he sweetly asked, “how much water did you put in them?” 🤔 My reply, “I didn’t know you were supposed to add water. I only used straight vinegar!” 🤢🤪 Lesson learned and easy fix! <3 😆

I make this and then keep adding cucumbers to it. We have a garden going crazy with cucumbers

  6. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    Tablespoon of sugar
    Half tablespoon of salt
    Pepper and dill
I honestly used a couple pinched of dill and pepper instead of measuring. You can also use white vinegar but I prefer the apple cider

I made a creamy one last week that was to die for! I’m going to make it again tomorrow!
