Not very pretty but sure tasty and not too heavy. We have a garden so I took a garden fresh tomato, some bread (I have to use gluten free) and a dab of Mayo and pinch of mozzarella cheese. Put together and stick under broiler. (Bread only got a little dark because I got distracted, so not super pretty, but yummy )

  1. Thank you for sharing! This looks like something I can change up a bit for low sodium. Starting to get lots of tomatoes from my garden

  2. Looks great, even being a little dark.. Next time try some minced garlic on there too. If you like garlic? It taste amazing. I love making a fresh tomato and garlic pizza. 😋 simple yet tasty!

Looks good! I wished I liked cooked tomatoes I just can’t 🤣 it’s ok they don’t like me either! I really suffer firing the summer…I lovr tomato sandwiches!!! But I still suffer with heartburn 🤣

  4. Never tried this on bread! I always do it on tortillas. And it’s delicious. I’m gonna have to try it on bread
