    Add the canned pumpkin mixture to vanilla cake mix its soooo good I top it with cream cheese frosting mixed with cinnamon

    Make soup – same recipe as squash just with pumpkin. You can make pancakes with it. Add veggies and make a pasta sauce with it.

    One can pumpkin, I box spice cake mix, and some chocolate chips. Mix together and spoon out onto a cookie sheet. Bake on 325 for about 7-15 mins. Then when cooled put cream cheese frosting on top.

    * 15 oz pumpkin puree
    * 2 tbsp fresh parsley

    * 1 tsp thyme
    * ½ tsp sea salt
    * ½ tsp ground black pepper
    * ¼ cup olive oil

    Blend in blender. Chill and serve with sweet potatoe chips

    Pumpkin Cupcakes With Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
    Yields 24 Cupcakes with Frosting

    Ingredients:
    Cupcakes:
    1/4 Cup Butter, Softened
    3/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed Firmly
    2 Large Eggs
    3/4 Cup Fat Free Milk
    1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
    1 (15 Ounce) Can Pumpkin Puree
    2 1/3 Cups All Purpose Flour
    1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    3/4 Teaspoon Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
    1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

    Frosting:
    1 (8 Ounce) Package Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (Not Fat Free!)
    1/4 Cup Butter, Softened
    4 Cups Confectioners Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add in butter, applesauce, sugars, and eggs and beat over medium speed until combined. Add in pumpkin and continuing beating until thoroughly incorporated. In a liquid measuring cup, combine milk and lemon juice and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine remaining dry ingredients. Slowly, over medium speed, add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, alternating with the milk mixture, beating well after each addition. Line cupcakes trays with paper liners and then spray lightly with a non-stick cooking spray. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full and bake for 22 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
    To make frosting, combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and beat over medium speed until ingredients begin to combine, slowly increase speed and continue beating until a frosting is formed. Once cupcakes cool completely, frost as desired and enjoy!

  11. I make a regular chocolate chip pumpkin bread recipe, but in place of chocolate chips I put butterscotch chips and add a little more than the recipe calls for.

    Allrecipes.com down east Maine pumpkin bread. It’s the best! I do 6 mini loaves rather than 3 regular because the mixture is so dense, it bakes better this way. I also add either white choc chips or cinnamon chips for a little sweetness,but it’s not needed. My family just likes it that way.

  14. Pumpkin rolls pretty sure the recipe is on a can of pumpkin. One of my favorites and the icing in the middle is the best part

  15. Add it to a box of brownie mix. Don’t have to add the other ingredients like egg, just the pumpkin. Bake to the package directions.

    As a pasta sauce. I dice and sauté an onion and some garlic. Add pumpkin and some chicken stock if too thick. Serve over ravioli and garnish with parmigiana and parsley
