My grandma used to make a dessert that was like a pudding or something and I remember it had cool whip, pineapple, and walnuts maybe? Can you guys help me find the name and recipe?

We called it pink stuff
Probably had pistachio pudding mix in it also and it’s called Watergate Salad.

Watergate salad, pistachio pudding, cool whip, walnuts, pineapple and some people put marshmallows in it.
Watergate salad: (mix pineapple and pudding first. Can be doubled for a larger recipe).
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix,
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 cup miniature marshmallows
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Those are the two I think of, the ambrosia doesn’t have walnuts but you could add them
