  1. Neat Sloppy Joes

2 lbs ground beef (or 1 lb ground turkey & 1 lb ground maple sausage)

    1/2 cup chopped onion

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

    ¼ cup ketchup

    1 tablespoon white vinegar

    ¼ cup packed brown sugar

    1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

    ½ teaspoon salt

    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until evenly browned, stirring to crumble. I like to use a potato masher to even out the lumps. Add onion, cover the pan, and cook until tender and transparent, about 5 minutes. Drain off any grease

Stir the tomato soup (undiluted), ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce into the beef mixture. Season with salt and garlic powder. Heat to a simmer over low heat, and cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently to prevent it from burning on the bottom.

Spoon the hot beef mixture onto buns, which may be toasted first, and serve with either fries or potato chips. You can also mix with Mac n cheese for a goulash type meal. You can also cook tater tots in a 9×13 pan. Take the tots out of the oven & cover the with the sloppy joe. Cover sloppy joe with shredded cheddar, throw it back in the oven for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy your sloppy tot casserole.

  2. Big mac tater tots

    2 pounds ground beef
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 cup Thousand Island dressing
    1/4 cup mayo
    1 cup diced yellow onion
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
    24 oz frozen tater tots
    Salt and pepper to taste

    TOPPING:
    1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
    1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 9×13 pan and set aside.
Place ground beef and butter in a large skillet. Cook on medium-high, crumbling the ground beef as it cooks. Drain excess grease.

Add Thousand Island dressing, mayo, diced onion, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pan with the beef. Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.

Pour ground beef mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle both kinds of cheese on top, followed by a single layer of tater tots.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until tots are golden-brown. Once done, sprinkle lettuce on top, followed by a drizzle of Thousand Island Dressing.

    Serve up warm and enjoy!

Can cream of brocolli soup, can of cream of cheddar soup, brocolli, cooked hamburger or diced chicken, add a can of milk (or water) mix it all up, top with tater tots and shredded cheese, bake ….

  4. Stuffed chicken breast. Make a slice in chicken breast. Mix up broccoli, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stuff into chicken breast and bake at 400 for 30-45 min depending on size of breast. Chicken should be at 160 when done
