  1. Chickpeas and dumplings… same concept using veggie broth and canned chickpeas, black bean burgers, tofu in Asian foods (my kid loves general tso’s tofu), veggie stir fry.

  2. Easy done I did it for many years and it was delicious. It’s alot harder than I thought. It’s Harder with other people in the home that eat meat or crave it.. I went back eating meat but we still eat alot of meatless meals it’s more 50/50.

  3. Start off with meatless Mondays and then you can eat the leftover Like in thursday.. start off small and work your way up.

  4. Start off with meatless Mondays with either spaghetti without meat. For taco Tuesday swap meat out for fried beans. . . Since you are going vegetarian- are you still going to eat fish and chicken? Im only asking because some vegetarians choose to still eat those- I don’t.

    If it is because of health reasons you should try no red meat for a bit ..it has made me a whole new person when we stop red meat and processed snack and started to make our own chips and candy

  6. So many things can be made vegetarian with simple swaps!! It is way easier thank you’d think 😁 Just start by looking how to make vegetarian versions of some of your favorite dishes!
