Meals with chicken, either breasts or thighs! Tired of the same stuff and need some ideas!

    In crockpot or instant pot put chicken and add a pack of taco seasoning per pound of chicken,add some salsa or Rotel tomatoes. Cook till done and shread, serve over rice with a veggie etc

    Boil chicken until done (or use rotisserie chicken/cubed chicken)
    In a sauce pan add oil and vermicelli noodles (or broken spaghetti) and toast
    Add water (enough to cover noodles) chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a couple tablespoons of rotel (optional) and cut up chicken
    Cook until noodles are done (may need to add more water and re-season if needed)
    Serve with mashed pinto beans, tortillas, salsa and avocado!
    Can also do this with rice and make chicken and rice!
    Super easy and filling!

    Chicken/pork chops, minute rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, a little water, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
    Bake or cook in crockpot

    Stuffed chicken breast with spinach and artichoke dip and cheese

    Chicken with spinach and sun dried tomato cream sauce and pasta

    Chicken and dumplings

    Chicken pot pie stew

    Burrito bowls

    Stir fry bowls

    Chicken tacos
    Boil chicken breast until cooked (or use rotisserie chicken)
    Shred and add to a sauce pan
    Add in grated tomato and a little grated onion
    Season with taco seasoning or salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin

    Marinate chicken, salmon, beef or pork with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder and pepper
    Cook chicken/beef and set aside
    Add veggies to pan (broccoli, carrots, onion, brussel sprouts, cabbage, snap peas, bean sprouts, ect. or whatever veggies you like)
    Sauté with teriyaki sauce and a little soy sauce and add in chicken/beef/pork
    Cook rice (or use left over rice) and serve with stir fry meat and veggies

    Lasagna roll ups (marinara or alfredo sauce)

    Chicken thighs in the crockpot with 2/3 cup brown sugar and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook on low for 6 hrs.

  5. I’m a casserole dish Chicken, I used thighs, cream of chicken on top, shredded cheese,I use shredded Philadelphia cheddar, prepared stove top stuffing, and bake 375 for about 45 or until chicken is done.
