Looking for really filling high protein meals and snacks for breakfast and Lunch I don’t like to eat big portions of food so I’m just wanting ideas that will keep me full longer Thanks in advance ☺️

  1. Protein shakes for breakfast with like an egg and some sausage have really helped me stay full and stopped my snacking through the day almost completely!

  2. I like sardines / smoked clams and cracker . I know it’s not a popular choice but I grow up eating them with my dad

  3. Anything high in protein will fill you up. Stay away from carbohydrates because you will be hungry later.

  4. Protein shakes are always a good filling option for breakfast I usually make a smoothie with protein powder and maybe have some fruit like a banana or something to go with it I usually eat a fruit for breakfast if I don’t have time before work to make anything

  5. Cottage cheese. Greek yogurt. Turkey sticks. Chicken. Hard boiled eggs. Grain bowls. Chicken Waldorf. Tuna chickpea salad. Mediterranean pasta salad with broccoli, tomatoes and olive salad. Spicy tuna sushi bowl.
