Mixture of melons and berries. Then juice oranges or tangerines. To make a 1:1 ratio simple syrup with sugar. Add vanilla extract to the syrup and let it cool. I cote the melon an berries with the syrup in separate bowls to cover. Then add all to same bowl and mix gently to not smash the berries.

Grapes, strawberries, sliced bananas, sliced kiwi, and anything else you would like. Then use a can of peach pie filing to add peaches and sauce for the salad.

Fruit salad that gets rave reviews and is requested often- pineapple, mango (prefer champagne mangos), kiwi or green grapes cut in half, strawberries and blueberries. If it’s a little tart try to take a little honey and mix with some of the pineapple juice to sweeten a bit or for a different twist add the zest of a half lime, the juice and honey (helps to dissolve the honey in a little juice.

    All
Melon salad- watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew.

Fruit kebabs also go over well. Whatever you like on a kebab

    Easy and yummy!

    I can peach pie filling
    Add: sliced bananas
    Drained pineapple tidbits
    Frozen strawberries thawed and drained
**I use the pineapple juice to put my sliced bananas in before adding to help keep them from turning dark
