    I just tried the Tiktok recipe where you cut chicken breasts in half and coat with a mixture of mayo and parmesan cheese salt n pepper and bake. It’s really good and simple.

    Tomato paste
    Soy sause
    Minced garlic
    Sesame seeds
    Pepper flakes
    Cut chicken into one inch cubes, combine the ingredients in a bowl whisk together pour over chicken mix well. Combine in a crock pot cook on low for (6) hours . Last hour put the birdseye steam fresh broccoli in mix well cook for last hour. Then plate add the sesame seeds. Then leftovers next day preheat oven for 350° put in a brownie square pan cook for 30min. ☺️ It was a hit.

    500g chicken thighs (skinless)
    1 tsp flour
    1 tsp oil
    3 shallots, halved
    ½ tsp garlic
    125ml red wine
    400g tomotoes (1x tin), chopped
    ½ tsp tomato puree
    ½ tsp mixed herbs
    200ml chicken stock
    100g chorizo (optional), sliced
    60g black olives (pitted)
    Preheat the oven to 180’C/Gas Mark 4
    Roll the chicken in seasoned flour to coat all over
    Heat the oil in a large casserole dish and fry the chicken in batches until golden – remove and set aside
    In the same pan, fry the shallots until lightly browned, then add the garlic and fry for 1 minute
    Pour in the wine and cook, stirring and scraping the bottom of the pan to release all the sticky caramelized bits
    Return the chicken to the pan along with the tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs and stock – bring to the boil
    Chunk in some chunks of chorizo, cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked
    Scatter over the parsley and olives – serve!

    Tarragon chicken
    4 tbsp butter
    2 onion, sliced
    200g mushrooms, sliced
    4 tsp tarragon (or 2 fresh sprigs)
    400g chicken breast (skinless)
    8 tbsp half fat crème fraiche (2 tbsp per chicken breast)
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
    Sauté the onions and mushrooms with the butter in a large frying pan until brown and crisped
    Add the chopped fresh or the dried tarragon – stir well – remove and keep to one side
    In the same pan, cook the chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked inside – there should not be a hint of pink in the flesh
    Add back the cooked onions and mushrooms, then add the crème fraiche
    Turn up the heat and cook through until the sauce turns slightly caramel in colour
    Serve with fresh vegetables or on a bed of brown rice

    Chicken and mushroom bake
    300ml chicken stock
    450g chicken, diced
    100g mushrooms (any kind will do)
    1 tbsp cornflour
    150ml milk
    200g carrots, chopped
    blanched mixed herbs
    900g mashed potato
    1 onion, chopped
    100g cheese, grated
    Pour stock into a large pan and bring to the boil
    Add chicken and mushrooms, cover and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes
    Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to an oven-proof dish
    Add carrots, herbs and season to taste
    Mix cornflour with a little milk to form a paste, then stir in rest of milk
    Add to reserved stock and pour over chicken and veg
    Mix mash with the onion and half of the grated cheese
    Spoon over the chicken mix and top with the remaining cheese
    Bake at 200’C/Gas mark 6 for 30 minutes
    Serve with vegetables

    2 eggs
    Grated parm
    Everything but the bagel seasonings

    Rolled out with pin on parchment paper
    Baked 400 – 15 min
    Set aside 10 min

    Garlic butter
    Ground beef
    Mozz cheese
    Bake again 12 min
    Broil 2 min

    In crockpot: 3-4 chicken breasts on bottom, a couple bell peppers and onions cut and dumped on top of the chicken, add packet of fajita or taco seasoning, let cook on high for 4 or low for 6-8. No liquid necessary as it makes its own. So good! Can eat by itself or put on tortillas with toppings of choice.

    BBQ blueberry pulled chicken sliders ( this is a weird combination, but it won at a 2015 blueberry festival in Burgaw, NC and my family and others absolutely love it) 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sometimes I use boneless skinless chicken thighs, or I’ll mix a couple of breasts and a few thighs),,,,1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (I use the G. Hugh’s No Sugar Added either hickory or honey flavored, cutting the carbs),,, 1/4 cup Italian dressing (I like it better with raspberry vinegrette),,,1/3 cup brown sugar,,,1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce,,, 1 cup fresh blueberries,,, juice of 1 lemon (strain out the seeds). Lightly spray Pam in bowl of crockpot. Place chicken in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook 4 hours on high. Turn off the cooker and shred/pull chicken apart with forks. Let sit for 30 minutes. Serve on Hawaiian slider rolls or other favorite buns with coleslaw made with mayo, salt, pepper, and 2-3 packets of Splenda or a teaspoon or 2 of sugar. My family likes it with potato salad on the side.

  20. Marinade: 1/2 C each: soysauce, olive oil, honey/molasses/brown sugar, 1/4 C lime juice/ACV/rice vinegar, 1T each: chopped gsrlic, cilantro, 1t ginger. Bring to boil and cool. Marinade chicken/pork/lamb 1-4 hrs. Broil, grill or sear meat.

Chicken roll ups cook chicken then can of crescent rolls unroll and separate take some chicken roll up in crescent starting at the large end roll it up then place in a casserole dish sprayed with pan do this with all your rolls then take a can of mushroom soup and about half can of milk mix together then pour over crescent rolls top with shredded cheese bake until done however long it says to bake crescent and cheese is brown. You can season chicken however you want and add salt and pepper. I usually don’t salt or pepper I think it’s good as is.

    Lemon pepper chicken. Lemon pepper season Sprinkle over skinless chicken then pour Italian dressing. Over it cover with foil bake until chicken is done. I usually bake mine 1 hour.
