  1. Oooh, I make a kale & pasta salad with feta, sun dried tomatoes, fresh parmesan and fresh basil….so so good!!

  2. I read that you need to limit uncooked kale because it can affect a woman’s a woman’s thyroid. 😳 so now I cook the kale I grow.

    Add it to a cold pasta salad with pwato sauce parm cheese or feta sundried tomato or however u normally make it

  8. I make kale salad, cubed cheese usually marble, chopped tomatoes. And I use Russian dressing, simple and good. My toddlers eat it

    The Portuguese make soup with it it is called cald vard it is potatoe kale and garlic cloves and real olive oil and bits of chorizo Rebecca

    I add it to my stir fry, to my meatloaf, I use it in soups, and you can toss with olive oil and season and bake till crispy

    salads really good in smoothies with pineapple or the Tuscan Italian soup from Olive Garden look up a recipe online I think it’s pretty easy to make

  14. Was visiting my daughter a few weeks ago, and she made a bean soup that had garbanzo beans, chicken, I think some canned tomatoes and kale in it. It was very good

    Copycat olive garden zuppa toscana soup. Ground sausage, diced potatoes, chicken broth, a few seasonings, heavy cream and kale. DELISH!

    I make kale chips in air fryer just add a little olive oil Himalayan salt cook for about 5 minutes. Delicious healthy snack.

    I had way too much kale at the end of the season last year. Dehydrated it then puréed to a powder.  worked great as add in for my smoothies year around.

  21. I chop it up and saute it with a little bit of chopped onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. I also throw in a small handful of real bacon bits.
