    This method cuts cook time in half. Cook them in a microwave safe bowl filled with water for about 3 minutes on high and then transfer to grill and cook until done. Serve on hotdog rolls

    Make sausages and peppers. Serve on Italian bread. Cook sausages. Sauté onions and green peppers in olive oil until soft. Add sausages and tomato sauce. Simmer about 30 min.

    Split them, put a large (julienne cut) cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, chopped jalapeño and wrap a slice of bacon around each onion. Bake, grill ir air fry.

    Cut a slit down the middle. Insert a string cheese. Cover with marinara in a small baking dish. Add sliced provolone or mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 for maybe half an hour until cheese is nicely browned and sausages are heated through.

  7. I slice them and brown them in a skillet with onions, peppers, garlic, add 2 cups rice and brown in skillet with the Italian sausages. Season with cajun seasoning and add 2 cups water or chicken broth, Stir and let cook down for 5 minutes or so. Let set till ready to eat. (I also add some mixed frozen veggies to this just to make it a one pot meal)

    Butterfly them and cook on both sides. Saute some onions and peppers. Once everything is cooked put the onions & peppers on top of the sausages in an oven safe dish and cover with cheese. Put in the oven until cheese melts. We cook everything in a cast iron pan and just put in the oven that way only one pan to clean. You can also top with marinara then add the cheese.

    i put ’em in a wrought iron skillet with a little oil on low heat; cover slightly (not tight, just sorta a lid hanging on) and cook for an hour. every now and then i’ll toss some coffee in for liquid until they”re pretty much charry. (but you don’t have to cook them charry if you don’t like that taste) then i serve em with mustard, mashed taters, maybe sauerkraut or cucumber salad. sometimes mashed potato cakes and sour cream and applesauce.

    I cut up onions, and peppers cook them with spaghetti sauce in the instapot. Eat them on a bun with mozzarella cheese. Cut up the remaining sausage add more sauce and make spaghetti another night..

Once spaghetti is done drain toss in the pan with sausage and onion and pepper drizzle with olive oil, add Italian seasoning and parmesan. Make some quick garlic bread in the air fryer add an extra veg on the side if you want.

    Breakfast tacos are one of our go to’s. Brown the sausage and set aside. Scramble a dozen eggs how you like them. Set aside. Heat flour tortillas how you prefer. This usually feeds 4 for breakfast. If you want to make it stretch you can scramble 18 eggs or add additional fillings like shredded potatoes or veggies. Sometimes we’ll make burritos and individually freeze them so they can be grab and go for breakfast.

    I cut them up into bite size chunks, into a skillet with burger, till all is cooked. Then into a pot with tomatoes sauce, Diced tomatoes, onions & diced green peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder & onion powder (let that simmer while boiling water & cooking the spaghetti) when pasta is done-put it into the sauce pot and let sit 10 minutes for the flavors to melt & the pasta to pick up flavors of the sauce & meat. Serve. 😀

    I pan fried mine, tossed in crock, added a can of cream of chicken soup half soup can of heavy cream,, box chicken brother, diced potatoes, celery and onions. Mix all together cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs. Add half block softened cream cheese. Mix till well blended. Tossed in refrigerate cheese tortellini , cover and cook for about 25 to 30 mins.

    We like them in a stir fry with rice!
    I fully cook them in oven then cut them up sauté any veggies you like them throw the sausages with them put a couple cups of coolers rice with soya and yummm

  23. Bangers and mash. Cook them how you would like i boil mine in beer with onions. Then i boil potatoes for mashed potatoes. When they are done i cut the sausage in pieces with onions put with the mashed potaotes and add cheese and a little cream. Serve while hot.

    We grill them and eat them like a hot dog with mustard and relish. After they are cooked, slice them without cutting all the way through to make it easier to eat. Because the casing/skin can be a little thick, slicing before putting on a hotdog bun makes them easier to eat great quick meal.

    Cut into pieces and roast in a paella pan. Add everything 😉. Sure love plentiful summer vegetables. If too hot, do same on outdoor grill. Have a beer while cooking.

Saute them in a big frying pan with a little water or broth, keeping a close eye on them so the liquid doesn’t evaporate – adding a bit more as needed, and turn to brown them nicely. takes about 12-15 minutes. Serve 1 sausage over spaghetti and cover with cheap jarred spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with lots of parmesan. Serve with garlic bread and a side salad. Really good.

    2 links of sausage cut into 1 inch round piece
    1 lb of potatoes
    1 orange pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 dash of garlic powder
    1 dash of onion powder
    1 dash of italian seasoning

    Melt butter in pan add sausage, peppers, potatoes and seasonings to pan and cook until done.

    I do mine in the stove top fry them up and throw a little water in and cover after water goes away I cut them in half and throw peppers and onions in it then add a can of crushed tomatoes let it cook and put it on a nice Italian roll and make sausage sandwich or I add it to my spaghetti sauce for extra flavor so good

    Skinning them and using them as ground meat is a great option. Sometimes I just add a small jar of pesto, some red pepper flakes, heavy cream and parmesan cheese to make a sauce. Add whatever pasta you like and done. My daughter’s favorite dish!

  41. I put mine in the air fryer they are so good. Then in a frying pan I put a little bit of olive oil and I already had some green, yellow, red, bell peppers cut up and put in frying pan with some sweet onions diced up too and after done, I drain grease off and I put the mild Italian sausage in a hot dog bun and put some peppers in it and I put a little but of mayo on the hot dog bun and it was so good 😋

  42. I slice those down the middle to make a pocket, stuff it with string cheese. Put a layer of tomato sauce down, put the stuffed Italian sausages down and then cover them with onion and peppers… whatever veg you’d like, zucchini might be good. Easy and good with out without bread.

    I peal the clear wrap off and fry it up like hamburger but before it is all the way done I put in quartered and sliced potatoes and onions, also bell peppers are a a way to bring color and taste great

  46. Boil them, slice them into discs and add to a sheet pan of fresh cut veggies. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder and bake in the oven.

  47. Throw in a crockpot with cut up peppers 🫑 and water to cover sausages, add a little Italian seasoning and a little olive oil. Cook a few 4 hrs on low. Can be served with pasta or on a hoagie roll when done.
