Ideas on what to do with leftover chili? We’ve already had chili cheese dogs, I know about chili Mac and Cheese, chili baked potatoes, and chili spaghetti.. What else? My pregnant brain isn’t working all that well atm and Pinterest is just giving me the same kind of ideas. Thank you in advance!

  1. We like leftover chili just like it is. It gets thicker after the second day 😎 Are we the only ones who don’t get bored eating it same way for a couple more days? 🤷‍♀️

  3. Chili dip with Fritos. Layer cream cheese in bottom of pie plate, layer chili then layer of shredded cheddar. Bake in oven at 350 until bubbly

    Chili cheese pigs in a blanket. Put some chili on the bottom of a pan, make up some pigs in a blanket (hot dogs, cheese, crescent rolls), set them on top of the chili. Cook until golden (about 15-20 minutes at 350°F), add a little more chili to the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Pop back in the oven until cheese is melted then take out, let cool a bit and serve.

    We like chili frito burritos or chili cheese fries. Chili cheese, and rice stuffed peppers would be yummy too!

    Take a hotdog and split it. Stuff with Velveeta or your favorite cheese. I like Velveeta because it melts so well. Wrap in by a tortillia. Place in sprayed baking dish. Cover with chili. If you chili I’d think, mix in a can of rotel, including the juice. Top with more Velveeta or cheese. Cover at bake at 350 until cheese melts in the middle, about 45 minutes, give or take.

    Sour Cream Burritos”

    Flour tortillas
    1 Can Chili
    Grated cheese
    Pecante sauce
    Sour cream

    Spread a heaping spoonful of sour cream across the center of a tortilla, dribble pecante over the sour cream
    Roll tortilla up and place in a baking dish. Repeat until you have about 3 or four roll ups per person placing them against each other. Cover with chili then grated cheese. Bake in oven or microwave until chili bubbles and cheese melts. Meat, beans or cheese can be added to the sour cream ( or substituted for it). This is my son’s favorite
