i was gifted some zucchini and need some recipes. the only thing i thought of was zucchini bread and im making that now. i never really use it so need some ideas!

  1. Slice dip in egg wash roll in seasoned flour and fry. Zucchini chocolate chip cookies, zucchini patties

    Zucchini and corn casserole.
    Layer sliced zucchini with fried onions and garlic and kernal corn. Top with croutons and shredded cheese. Season to your liking. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minute

    Slice in half scoop out middle fill with cream cheese and spices wrap in bacon cook same concept as stuff jalapeño peppers also to do with squash

    Sauteed onions, zucchini in bacon grease, add a can of drained corn.Salt and pepper to taste.

    Take the seats out of the zucchini slice them in sticks like fries.

    Place them in a bowl add minimal add some Olive oil garlic, mrs dash, and panco crumbs. Cook for 10 – 12 minutes

    Cut long ways .. Scoop out some of the middle .. Fill with browned burger tomatoes onion peppers tomato juice cooked rice top with cheese pour juice around zucchini so it doesn’t burn bake til tender 350° so so good.

    I shred zucchini and add it to ground beef casseroles, etc to extend the dish. Can’t taste it and don’t even notice it’s there.

  33. I use it to make pizzas instead of pizza crust. Slice them thin and place on pan lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher or sea salt. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Add desired pizza toppings and bake about 10 more minutes. Amazing! They’re great in veggie lasagna. There are all kinds of casseroles. One of my favorites is using stove top stuffing. Lots of recipes online.

  34. There is a casserole that is really good. Shred zucchini,salt and drain. Brown hamburger,onions salt pepper and garlic. Mix 1 c cottage cheese,one egg,cheddar cheese add to hamburger. Add more cheese on top. Bake 350 til bubbly.
