I know there are a lot of crock pot meal posts. However, I’m looking for easy crock pot meals that DO NOT include chicken! I have a hard time eating chicken that I prepare myself 😅

  1. Root beer pulled pork: 2-3 lb pork tenderloin, 2 lite root beer. Cook on low 6-7 hours, drain, shred and add favorite bbq sauce.

    1pkg. Boneless porkchops
    1 packet dry ranch season
    1 can cr. chicken soup
    Cook on low 6-8 hrs or on high 4-6 hoCook.

    I like with mashed potatoes but it’s good with almost any thing. The porkchops will start shredding as they cook.

    Taco soup. Brown 1 lb hamburger, put in crockpot with can of corn, can of kidney beans, can of diced tomatoes with juice, taco seasoning packet. Low for 3 hours. Put shredded cheese on top when done.

    I have a hard time eating chicken I cook for myself unless it’s shredded!!! If it’s shredded I am fine, maybe try some like that?

    Pork tenderloin, 1/2 cup of water and salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook on low for 6 hrs. Add any sauce, bbq or a brown sugar balsamic is delicious

    Boneless country styler pork ribs, can of Dr Pepper or coke, I use the zero sugar variety, and a bottle of bbq sauce. Cook on low 5ish hrs and serve with potato salad and cole slaw or whatever you like to go with bbq 👍🏼

    Smothered Pork Chops:
    4-6 boneless pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 packet onion soup mix
    Chopped onions and mushrooms, if desired

    Serve with mashed potatoes or rice

  8. Boneless pork short ribs
    1 small onion
    2 c barbecue sauce
    1 c broth ( any type works)
    1T liquid smoke
    Cook 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 on high. Serve over rice or baked potatoes

    32 Oz frozen meatballs, grape jelly, and bbq sauce
    Chuck roast, 1 can beef consume, 1 can golden mushrooms soup, box of beef broth. Cook all day. Take roast out and shred it and add large bag of egg noodles.

    I put cube steak in the crockpot with a large can cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low for 5-6 hrs. Meat is very tender and soup makes a gravy for potatoes or rice.

  11. I do the same. I love chicken, but working with raw chicken makes me sick to my stomach. It’s weird.

  12. Chuck roast,enough water to almost cover it, small red potatoes cut up into chunks, baby carrots, half a large onion or however much you’ve wanna put in, and seasoning we use Mrs dash leave it on low and it’ll shed and be delicious by that evening

    hot roast beef sandwiches-chuck roast-salt-pepper-onion powder-2pkts brown gravy+1 1/2cup water mixed…pour gravy mixture over meat and carrots if u added them…cook on low 8-10hrs

    I have crock pot fajitas, thin sliced flank steaks, salsa(chunk works better) tomato paste , lime juice and fajita seasoning. Stir meat in that mixture more meat more mix. Then top with onion and peppers cut in strips. I use about 4# when I make 4hours it’s great use tongues to stir meat and veggies.

    I have a hard time eating my own chicken too. 🤷🏼‍♀️. But crockpot meatloaf is a hit in my house. Combine 2 lb hamburger, onion and green pepper chopped, salt, pepper, 2 sleeves of saltines , 2 eggs. Add ketchup to cover. I usually do on high 3-4 hours and low 5-6. Just check it occasionally
