Use as pet food
Eggs freeze well
Make little egg quiches in muffin tins. And freeze
French toast. Add cinnamon a little milk
Use it instead of shell eggs in cakes and pancakes
Make a Hollandaise slice with it
You can use them in like cakes and things like that I would think
