I have some 1/2 inch pork chops I want to make for dinner. What are your ways of cooking them because I’m sick of my normal and I have most things at home like spices and so on.

Add chops and 1 jar apple butter to crock pot and slice 2 apples on top and cook.

  2. I crush a pack of rits vegetable crackers very finely. Then dip the pork chops in a seasoned egg and milk mixture, coat in the Cracker crumbs and pan fry them in olive oil 🤤

  3. I like them in the air fryer.I flour them then coat with olive oil.I use McCormick steak seasoning on them and they are so good.
Another way I cook them is in instant pot on rack above liquid,I use a cola mixed with water for my liquid.Coat them with paprika after olive oil.Cook them on meat setting for 15 minutes then finish them in oven or air fryer after adding bbq sauce. It won’t take long for them to finish about 10 minutes in oven less in air fryer

  4. Mix up soy sauce, garlic powder, mustard, balsamic vinegar or white vinegar, lemon juice and some hot sauce. Marinate for 6 to 8 hrs and grill. I served with rice and seared broccoli and green beans

  5. Air fryer if you have one. Can’t say how thick mine were for sure but I did 380° for 8 minutes flipping halfway and they were the best! Just seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper.

  6. We put apricot jelly on them and bake them or smother them in the crock pot with cream of chicken soup and some seasoning and serve over mashed potatoes

    **Schnitzel

    Pork steaks or chops, boneless
    1 Eggs
1/4 cup All-purpose flour combined with
1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    1 Oil to cook in
    1/4-1/2 cup crushed crackers

Pound the pork chop flat then put it in egg wash mix the flour, cracker crumbs and the seasoning all together then coat the pork chop on both sides with the mix and then fry it in some oil.

Wash and season the chops and pan sear.(do not fully cook) remove from pan, add some flour to ban with a little grease and brown, once it has reached the color brown you like slowly add some chicken stock and stir to make a smooth gravy, to the gravy add the same seasonings as you done on the chops. Once your gravy has reached the consistency you like, return the chops and finish cooking. Add more liquid if needed..

Smothered chops. . pan sear them then create a gravy with the drippings I just use flour and water and salt n pepper. And let chops simmer in the gravy. Serve with mashed taters or mash sweet taters.

  10. Crockpot Pork Chops .
Pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup and sprinkle with onion soup mix.

    Crockpot with honey bbq sauce

Dip in egg and saltine cracker crumbs. Bake 350* for 50 minutes.

Cover with sauerkraut and crockpot until tender.

Bake with a mixture of a can of crushed pineapple, 3 T soy sauce and 1/4 c brown sugar.

  11. Spread a can of apple pie filling on bottom of casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Layer seasoned pork chops (I season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary) on top of pie filling. Top with stuffing, made a little extra moist. Cover and bake as you normally would. Remove cover and bake additional 10 minutes.
