I have ground beef, baby red potatoes, shredded cheese (mozzarella & cheddar), lettuce. Without having to purchase too many more ingredients, what can I make with this?! 😆 minimal time in the kitchen is a plus!

  1. We used ground beef and potatoes.with cheddar cheese and onions for a cheesy potatoes bake for dinner last night

  2. Minus the lettuce, literally just mix it all together. It’s good. Use whatever seasonings of your choice. 😊

I make something where I cook the beef, toss the potato in olive oil sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder then roast in the oven until cooked (400 degrees, usually 25-30min depending on size of potato chunks) I then combine both with a can of corn (drained) and sprinkle with cheddar

  4. Beef stroganoff over pasta or rice or over boiled and mashed red potatoes, side of green salad

Hamburger with lettuce as the bun with shredded cheese on top of the burger and either cut potatoes in butter or mashed potatoes as a side.

Or a semi loaded potato soup if you have some milk, butter and maybe an onion if you like onion.
Diced the potatoes and cook them till tender the drain the potatoes then take out about 1/2 of it and mash them up like mashed potatoes and then add it back to the pot to make it a bit thicker. then add milk, butter and salt and onion if you have it/like it. Cook the ground beef in a separate pot(pan) add some either just salt and black paper to it or you can add crushed red pepper flakes to the meat for a bit of heat. Then add that to your pot of potato soup Stir it up and cook until the onion is soft then sever with cheese on top. Or you can add the cheese to the whole pot.

Download “supercook” from the App Store. It has you type in all the ingredients you have, and then gives you recipes based on those specific things !

I would make homemade sloppy joes by adding ketchup, water, a little mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

Then bake potatoes in microwave, just a quick cut in the middle of each or smash and put the sloppy joe mix on top of it. Then add the cheese. Lettuce too if you like post bake:)

    Loaded Sloppy Potatoes ?? 🤷‍♀️

You can even layer in a casserole dish, put cheese on top and bake.

I would do some onion soup and brown gravy and make Salisbury steaks. And eat with the potatoes. My hubby likes cheese on his. And maybe green beans or corn on side. Cheap and easy and delicious

Cook the meat with seasonings desired. fry the potatoes combine rogether and put on a bed of lettuce with cheese on it like a hash…fry onions in the burger too…healthy and lo carb

  11. Do you have taco seasoning or spices on hand that would substitute for it? Brown your ground beef as usual, dice up your potatoes on the smaller side, coat with a little olive oil and toss in the taco seasoning or your pantry seasonings. Roast the potatoes in the oven until cooked through. In your bowl for eating out of, put your potatoes in first, then top with ground beef, chopped lettuce, and your shredded cheese. Voila!
