  1. Spreadable cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Yum. I also dice it and freeze it for cooking at a later time if it’s needing used before I can get it used

  2. Amanda Hollins when you freeze it lay it out on a cookie sheet and then bag after frozen so you can take out what you need

    Whenever I have extra I just cut it into pieces and keep it in a sealed container with water. I swap out the water every couple days. Makes a quick snack.

  4. You can chop and freeze single layer on a baking sheet and put it in a ziplock, good for any recipe that is cooked.

  5. Eat it like is, add cream cheese or peanut butter. Add in salad or soup. Chop up and freeze for soup for the fall or winter up to 6 months.

  7. I cut it up real small and add it to taco meat along with shredded carrots. Really adds a nice flavor and cheaply bulks up the meat…we eat up taco meat super quick 😋

  8. I made a super easy potatoe soup today that my gma use to make to use up celery. Peeled pot, onions, celery, cover with water, boil, generously salt and pepper, add butter and milk to pot and taste till your liking. If you want it thicker, try to mash a few of the potatoes in the pot or even add a little corn starch.

  9. My mom used to chop in bit size pieces, boil it, make a white sauce. Creamed celery. Quite good!
