  1. Dice and pan fry.
    Make a quick lemon butter sauce.
    And serve over pasta.
    One stick butter, one lemon’s juice, pinch of pepper and the zest of the lemon.
    Green beans are the perfect side, but Brocolli also tastes great dragged thru the sauce

    Grill them up and make chicken quesadillas. You can add in cooked onions and peppers or just cheese. 

  3. Sheet pan with cubed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, green beans, and/or asparagus, drizzle with olive oil and season. I normally use some Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika, but you season it how you like. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and veggies are fork tender.

  4. I season with salt, pepper and steak seasoning then pan fry in a little olive oil and butter 4 minutes per side. We use in wraps, salads and sandwiches.

  5. I season and use flavor oil and put in oven covered til done. Really good and don’t dry out.

  6. Line a baking pan with foil! Cut up onions and sprinkle half of pkg of Lipton onion soup mix place chicken on top of onions and soup mix. Sprinkle the rest of the soup on top of chicken! Cover with foil and bake low and slow! DELICIOUS

    My (grown) kids still love rice crispy chicken.

    Ingredients:
    1 lb chicken tenders
    2 eggs
    2 cups rice cereal
    ½ teaspoon sea salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    ½ teaspoon paprika
    ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    Pat chicken tenders dry. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bag and crush cereal with a rolling pin then shake bag to combine. Dip chicken tenders in egg then into the bag of cereal mixture to coat. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

    Cut into bite sized pieces. Boil in soy sauce and sugar – tastes like the bbq chicken at the chinese restaurants in malls. Serve with ramen or other microwavable chinese noodles. My kids love this.

    Coat in mayonnaise roll in seasoned bread crumbs and bake. They will be moist and delicious

    Make. Fettuccine Alfredo with em! Cut them in to chunks and put garlic powder, pepper, salt and parsley flakes then pan fry em in olive oil!

    Season with turmeric, paprika, a little garlic, some salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until done. Great for salad, pasta, or just by itself. You can also make a marinade with olive oil, dash of lime juice, a splash of tequila, cilantro, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for about an hour…longer is fine, too. Then either cook in a skillet or grill.

    I make mine on the grill, salt pepper and olive oil (the kind you can use for high heat) so they don’t stick as much

  13. Use a package of taco seasoning in your coating mixture it gives the chicken tenders a good flavor when baked !

  14. I put my chicken strips in a bowl and seasoning them and then I add 1 bottle of Italian dressing and put in fridge overnight and the next day. I spray my air fryer basket with a little bit of coconut spray and cook them on 350 until done. So delicious and juicy 😋

    Do you have an air fryer? Or bake them in the oven with Italian dressing. Cut up and use in all kinds of recipes like stir fry, chicken & rice recipes, pastas, I mean it’s chicken the possibilities are endless

  16. Are you open to air frying?

    If so dredge chicken in ranch & place in seasoned (I use Everglades) Panko bread crumbs & air fry

    If not I’d just pan cook them however you like your chicken seasoned

    Bake in the oven. Eat with a dipping sauce, or shred to use in tacos or a casserole. Can also make Buffalo chicken dip with the shredded chicken. Also you can cut them up, and cook in maybe a stir fry.

    Chop to bite sized. Season. Saute til no pink inside. Chop fresh broccoli. Cook some rice. Add a can of cream of mushroom. Toss with shredded cheese. Cover and bake at preheated 350 for 25-30 minutes.

  19. i pan fry mine in butter and montreal chicken seasoning and if you have any leftover just put it in a salad my mom makes this delicious grilled chicken salad she just puts the chicken on a grill or in our cast iron use montreal steak seasoning instead and then add whatever salad toppings you like

  20. I wrap them in bacon and then roll in a brown sugar/cayenne pepper mix and bake them for about 20 min. Sooo good

    Make a jalapeno popper cut it in half. Add each half to a chicken strip and wrap it in bacon and bake or grill. Jalapeon chicken bombs! They are amazing!

  22. I just sauté in a pan with butter and olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and whatever else I feel like. My daughter loves chicken this way.

    Cut into chunks and brown in a little oil then add in soy sauce and cover until cooked through. Set aside then fry zucchini chunks mushrooms and onion until tender crisp. Add chicken back in and another splash of soy a tsp garlic cover steam until chicken is hot. Serve on rice or ramen noodles.

  24. Every week I cook up about 6 to 8:00 boneless skinless chicken breasts. I cut them up into the strips or chunks season them with whatever spices you like, I use garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper, maybe a little bit of dried red paper flakes. Then I mix about 3/4 of a cup of ranch dressing with about 3/4 of a cup of water mix it up really good cover it evenly all over the chicken and bake in the oven. Keep it in the fridge, I have four teenagers, and use it during the week for meals or the kids come in they can make themselves a burrito. It’s just handy to have on hand for a quick dinner or meal

    Bacon wrapped chicken tenders. You can do bbq with brown sugar, Dijon mustard, or honey mustard. Cheesy chicken broccoli casserole, chicken tacos, chicken stir fry, ranch seasoning and bake, chicken burritos, etc

  26. I put mine in a crock pot with a jar of Alfredo sauce and cooked on low for 6 hours. I had frozen broccoli in there as well but the ) hours cooking made it too mushy. Maybe add it the last hour. Then I served it over fettucini. Sprinkled with basil. It was good except for the mushy broccoli.

    Baked Chicken nuggets/strips: preheat oven to 400° set up breading: flour (seasoned with favorite season salt), eggs (beaten well), Panton bread crumbs (seasoned with seasoned salt, and parmesan cheese, mixed well)
    Bread by dipping each chicken strip/ nugget in flour, then egg then bread crumbs, on cookie sheet covered in cooking spray, place in a single layer, once all are on the sheet spray all with cooking spray, bake 25-45 mins til golden brown and cooked through…..crispier than frying and my family loves em
