I am needing some crockpot easy meals. I am a college student and my husband works all day so something easy just to throw in there 😊

  1. Tomorrow I’m testing out a new recipe. Ground beef, can of black beans, small can of enchilada sauce, and a cup or two of rice. Serve with chips or tortillas.

  2. 3 chicken breasts, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1-2 boxes of chicken stuffing. ( we prefer 2) place chicken breasts in the crockpot, salt/pepper, can of cream of chicken soup, fill empty can with water and add that, cook on low for a few hours and add stuffing 40 min before you are ready to eat.. delicious and easy!

  3. Put chicken breasts ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese and let it sit all day it’s amazing you can put it over rice or potatoes

  4. Mississippi pot roast.
    Package of aju seasoning
    Ranch seasoning
    Some beef broth
    Pepperconni peppers
    Stick of butter
    Cook on low for about 8 hours

  5. Salsa chicken in the crockpot. 2 chicken breast, jar of salsa. Shred and make tacos or quesadillas. Amazing

  6. Salsa chicken. Three chicken breasts with big jar of salsa only use half the jar with a packet or two of taco seasoning. After it’s done shred chicken add more salsa if needed. Either serve with veggies or rice

    Tuscan chicken! Put how ever many chicken breasts you want in your crock pot (we do 4-6) put a bag of frozen O’Brien potatoes on top, pour Tuscan Italian dressing over the top, put the lid on & cook on low for 6 hours (ours is usually longer since we’re at work all day) Enjoy!
    Literally takes 5 minutes to put together and is delicious!

    Boneless chicken thighs w a mixture of soy sauce, ketchup and honey. Google terriyaki chicken in the crockpot. I usually add a bag of carrots and eat w minute rice.

    Does anyone else have a problem using frozen breasts in the crockpot? That the meat gets mushy? Suggestion readily accept.

    A bag of baby carrots, potatoes (I use canned, water and all), cover with a packet of onion soup mix, set roast on top and dump a can, liquid and all again, of banana peppers on top of the roast. Not at all spicy, but tons of flavor in the veggies and roast. Cook on low for 8 hrs. (My version of Mississippi roast)

  14. I did cubed potatos, saurw onion and garlic. Mix with olive oil, lemon, salt, curry powder and cumin. Put chicken thigh, drum or breast on top with seasoning or marinade of choice. I have on low all day and ready for hubby when he comes home. Healthy and delicious

    Pork chops or boneless chicken with cream of mushroom or chicken. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes with the gravy add a vegetable 😋

    Roast w cut up potatoes onion carrots fill up with water till done then drain I usually cook mine over night or while I’m at work I also make cabbage polish sausage onion carrots potatoes fill with water and drain when done or I make smothered pork chops pork chops w butter cream of mushroom soup or whatever kind u prefer and a little bit of milk and just cook till done and tender fall apart

    Three chicken breasts in the crockpot with one jar of salsa con queso. Cook on low for 6-8 hours then shred the chicken and stir. Serve on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings.

    Cheap… Chicken Legs seasoned and placed in bottom of Crockpot. I turn on low and I’m gone for 8-9 hours at work. I take the legs out. Place on a pan covered with foil. I have already turned the oven on 500 by the way! I brush the chicken legs with my favorite sauce and place in the super hot oven for about 10 mins or until the sauce is nice a bubbly!

    Small Roast ( pork, beef, chicken) potatoes, carrots, celery… McCormic brown mushroom gravy mix, 1 cup of water…. Low for an all day or high for 4 hours… all done

    Tomorrow I’m throwing 1.5 lb. Of chicken in a crockpot with bottle of olive garden dressing,Italian dressing seasoning mix, 1/4 cup grated parmesean Cheese and a block of cream cheese cooking it in crock pot and shredding the chicken after and mixing in penne noodles with Cheddar garlic biscuits on side

  22. Pork roast covered with 1 single bottle of Dr pepper. Cook on low. Take roast out and shred. Put shredded pork and bbq sauce in saucepan and heat through. Best bbq pulled pork!! Beef roast with potatoes and carrots and onions. Use broth to make a gravy. So good.

    For me the easiest is I put a whole chicken in. Cut up potatoes carrots onions and garlic. Cook. Always enough for shredding the next day for tacos etc.

    Tip: gallon or half gallon zip lock bags, portion per person ya veg meat and seasoning, freeze, then when ready put contents in crock pot on low to cook all day. Don’t forget to freeze some water with the contents

    My favorite crockpot meals are chicken with taco seasoning and salsa after a few hours it shreds so easy for tacos, quesadillas or salads.

    Mississippi roast which is roast, a packet of au jus, packet of ranch seasoning, I do like 8 peppercinis and a little juice and half a cube of butter. You can do more or less of the peppers and butter.

    Also pork tenderloin with a liberal amount of a bbq rub. No need for any liquid. It makes the perfect amount of its own. 4 hours on high and it shreds great. Can do sandwiches or nachos.

    I post the same ones every time but they are my easy go to. 1 cup salsa, a cup and 1/3 of brown sugar, and maybe like 3 lbs of chicken (I use different amounts every time). Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred in the last hour. Good for burritos and nachos. We also recently tried one posted here that was sausage, potatoes, salt and pepper, cream of mushroom and milk, and then cheese at the end.

    My family’s favorite is traditional pot roast. So many ways to make it, you really cant go wrong. But with the rising costs of meat, its really not economical anymore. We also love text max chicken. 3 big breasts, packet of ranch, block of cream cheese, can of corn, can of black beans (drained and rinsed) can of rotel. Serve it over rice. I also one time made cube steak in the crock pot. It was so delicious but I have to find the recipe. Called for onion soup mix packet. The meat was so tender. Summer is too hot to be using anything but the crockpot or air fryer

  29. If you put a jar of salsa and then a few chicken breasts in it makes the best chicken for tacos/nachos etc

  30. Crockpot beef tips
    2 pounds stew meat
    1 package of brown gravy
    1 packet dry onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Put stew meat in your crockpot
    In a separate bowl mix together the cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy, onion soup and a cup of water and pour over the meat
    Cover and cook on low all day
    These can be served over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice

    A roast, little sprinkle of pepper. 1/2 cup water in the bottom of crockpot. Put roast in then put frozen, fresh, or can green beans all around it. Then sprinkle a package of Lipton onion soup mix all over. On Low 8 hrs.

  32. 3 ingredient Root beer pulled pork or beef. One butt or shoulder roast, put it in the crockpot. Pour one can of root beer over it. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. When meat is soft and easy to shred, drain the liquid. Then shred the meat with a fork. Should be easy to shred. Add BBQ sauce or gravy. Great served on buns or hoagie rolls.
