  15. Jalapeno popper dip: wearing vinyl gloves remove stem seeds and ribs from 6 jalapeno. Remove stem from 1 jalapeno. Cook and drain 1/2# bacon. Cut bacon and jalapenos in 3rds and place in food processor. Pulse several times to chop. Put bacon and jalapenos in crock pot. Add 2 bricks cream cheese, 1 C milk/half & half, 1 C sour cream/greek yogurt/mayonnaise, 1 C shredded cheese (whatever you have on hand). Can also add 1C frozen corn or 1 can corn that had been drained. (I think 1 can of black beans rinsed thoroughly might be good too!) Heat on low and stir occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
