BLUEBERRY COBLER OATS
* 1 banana

* 1/2 tsp baking powder

* 1/3 cup Cashew Milk
* 1 scoop (32g) BPN protein powder 
* 1/3 cup Fresh blueberries

  • Include anything other then the blueberries to a blender and blend till sleek.
  • Stir in new blueberries
  • Bake in muffin tins or loaf pan for 20-25 min @ 400 degrees

FUDGE BARS
Dry:
* 96g Protein
* 45g Coconut flour
* 1tsp brown sugar swerve
* 1tsp cocoa powder
* Pinch of salrt
Moist:
* 13g PB2 (combined with h2o so it’s like actual PB)
* 1tbs coconut oil (melted)
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
Topping:
* 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  • Combine dry components with the moist components right up until properly mixed
  • Push evenly into a medium sized baking dish lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking
  • Insert to fridge to harden up for 10-15 minutes
  • Soften down your chocolate chips then spread evenly around the hardened combination
  • Put again in fridge for least 15-20 min (for a longer time is much better)
  • Lower into 6-8 pieces

COOKIE DOUGH (Tends to make 3 Servings)
* 30g coconut flour
* 96g vanilla protein powder
* 6 tbs unsweetened apple sauce
* 3 tsp Cahsew milk
* 1.5 tsp butter extract
* 2 servings chocolate chips

  • Blend all jointly until finally evenly combined. Completely ready to consume

CINNAMON ROLL CHEESECAKE
Crust:
*16g cinnamon toast crunch
* 40g almond flour
* 2 tbs coconut oil (melted)

Filling:
* 1 cup greek yogurt

    1.) 1 scoop protein powder (not mentioned) was added to the first recipe
    2.) macros PER fudge bar is: 14.5G protein, 14G carbs, 6.5G fat

  3. anyone else follow the cookie dough recipe and it just turned out to be sand? way too many dry ingredients. i used 1/4 cup coconut flour and 3 scoops of protein powder, 6tbsp apple sauce and 3 tsp almond milk with 1.5 tbsp vanilla extract and there was just zero liquid even when mixed all together. had to add a ton of milk to get a decent consistency…
