How to Prepare dinner Japchae

Elements:
8 ounces beef, thinly sliced
10 parts Shiitake mushroom, sliced
6 ounces sweet potato noodles
1 bunch inexperienced onions, slice in 2 inch pieces
2 pieces egg yolks, crushed, slowly but surely fried, and Julienne (DalGyal JiDan)
3/4 cup carrot, Julienne
1 piece purple bell pepper, Julienne
1 1/2 cups spinach, blanched and chopped
1 piece onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
5 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cups h2o (for boiling)
Salt and floor black pepper to taste
