How to Cook a whole Pompano



How to cook a complete pompano. Baking a fish is a pretty typical way of preparing fish, but a method i love is baking the fish complete. You close up having all the edible areas instead than missing a very good chunk of it.

Substances:
olive oil, pepper, garlic powder, everglades seasoning, chili powder, Cajun powder, seasoned salt
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes wrapped in aluminum foil, unwrap fish then bake for an more 15 minutes.

  2. You could have shown more of the fish. You kept the camera on you most of the time. We don't want to see your mug (no disrespect)– we came to look at the cooking of a pompano— SHOW THE POMPANO MORE 🙂 Good vid though .
