What is walking tacos
1/4 c
How many people? I’m a cook at a LTC facility and we do 20# for 100 people
How many people ?
I used 5 lbs and that fed 7 kids and 4 adults
Most things online say 1/4lb I always do 1/3-1/2lb
1/4 Lb per person has always been my rule.
For 20 ppl I’d do 6 lbs
Yummy 😋
A scoop or two. You didn’t say for how many people so not sure how much to cook.
Sorry I’m no help. But I read “walking tacos” & this was my 1st thought . Lol
1/4-1/2 cup. Men maybe a little more.
I would think 1/3lb would do it.
I just made 5 pounds and it made about 17.
We always use an ice cream scoopers to put into the bags but I use about 4-5 pounds for 8 people. Usually have some leftover.
I use one pound and it feeds 4
Depending on how big the bags of chips are and how many your feeding I’d say maybe a spoon or two per bag especially if your having other toppings to go with it and when I mean a spoonful like I’m talking bout the one u use to stir the meat with not a teaspoon lol atleast that’s how Ive always done it at home home or for parties. If anything else you can set the chips up with meat in them already and then let guest put the other toppings in it if your concerned with not having enough or make extra meat.
1/2 pound person as long as you have other fillers like beans and rice
If you make extra you can always freeze it
1/4 a pound per person along with all of the yummy sides like chips and queso etc.
I use 5lbs of hamburger mixed with 1 small can of refried beans and it feeds 4 adults and 5 kids(ages 2-11yrs old) and we have leftovers
