    Smoked with just salt and pepper, I make a bunch and freeze, take out as needed but they literally only last a few days… I eat them for every meal lol

  2. Buffalo drums. Take skin off. AF or bake 400 . Coat w Buffalo wing sauce. Halfway an the end. Let cool a little serve. Chicken wings don’t have enuf meat for me.

  3. I made a dry rub and tossed them in the smoker. Now I can eat them as a main dish or as the meat in a casserole. Tonight I used it to make a chipotle style salad.

  6. Cube and soak boneless, skinless thighs in buttermilk overnight. Dredge into pancake batter (Pearl Mill, aka Aunt Jemima) with Lawry’s Seasoned salt and ground thyme. Fry until center of chicken is 160°F. Enjoy!

    Chicken thighs in the crockpot with 2/3 cup brown sugar and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook on low for 6 hrs.

  8. I put mustard on them and then put my seasoning and put them in the oven and bake them or put them on the grill they are absolutely amazing I know mustard sounds crazy but it absolutely works

    Season chicken thighs with Montreal chicken spice. Bake in 350 oven for 20 min.
    Then put 1 bag frozen broccoli florets,,1 can creamed chicken and 1 box of stuffing. Return to oven bake for 30 morel minutes

    I use shake n bake parmesan chicken seasoning, it’s really good and not much mess to clean up.

  14. I buy skinless, boneless thighs and use them the same way I would use chicken breast meat. I typically buy whichever one is on sale that week.

  15. Pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, lemon pepper and a lot of garlic powder. Bake on a wire rack in the broiler pan. Approximately 40 minutes 400°.

    Marinated in G. Hugh’s Sugar Free teriyaki marinade and then fried in a pan and served with rice

  21. Allegro marinade for a few ours. Season with Tony’s and cook on flat top until skin crisps. Skillet is acceptable also. Just a bit of oil.
