Hi! I wanted to share a SUPER easy crock pot meal my mom always used to make. 0 prep involved besides putting everything in the crock pot! Not sure exactly how much it was since I already had everything in my pantry, but it makes a TON and we always have left overs! I top it with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions, and I add some frito scoops to dip 😊

After 8-9 hours of cooking on low, I shred the chicken with two forks and mix! Enjoy!

Crockpot White Chicken Chili
1. Add 1 lb. Raw Chicken to crock pot
2. (1) 16 oz jar Salsa (any kind will do)
3. Add one packet of McCormick White chicken chili Mix
– OR 2 tsp Garlic Salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp Ground Cumin, 1 tsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp oregano, Salt and Pepper
4. (1) 10 oz can Corn
5. (1) 15 oz can Pinto Beans
6. (1) can Chili Beans
7. (1) can Crème of Chicken Soup
8. (1) can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies

  1. Has anyone tried this recipe the “white” version. My hubby can’t have tomatoes or dairy…anyone have a recipe for something like that?
