    I’m making a pasta bake
Cook different kinds of pasta mix with spaghetti sauce and cottage cheese. Transfer to a baking dish top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake 350 about 20 min to melt cheese. Cheap and easy.

Ground meat of choice, rice a roni flavor of choice, mushrooms, onions and seasonings.

Brown the ground meat of choice, mushrooms and onions with seasonings of choice then drain off grease.

Cook rice a roni according to package directions.

    Mix both together and enjoy!

  8. One Pan Mexican Casserole. Brown and drain ground beef. Add one can refried beans and one can Spanish rice (or prepared from a box). Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup+ salsa. Sprinkle with Mexican shredded cheese. Simmer until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips on the side. Enjoy! Leftovers make great nachos!
