Hello, everyone!! Just stumbled upon this group!!
I am curious if anyone has any unique lacto-vegetarian recipes or ideas for a healthy, yet filling salad! I’ve been eating my own same boring salads forever, but I’m not very creative with food, and Google sometimes isn’t all that helpful lol. Dairy and eggs are ok. Thank you in advance!

thank for the original creator Kristi Symons

  1. favorite salad of mine: spring mix or spinach or 50/50 sliced almonds, dried cherries, mandarin slices( strawberries work too) crumbled feta or goat cheese, raspberry walnut vinagrette.

southwest salad: romaine, crushed up tortilla chips, salsa, black beans, avocado, sour cream or ranch.

for a protein packed salad: spinach, quinoa, hard boiled egg, red bell peppers, sliced almonds, a drizzle of poppy seed or a vinegrette.

a nice garden salad, romaine, cucumbers, carrots, croutons, bell peppers, hard boiled eggs

  2. Nicholle Hamilton Hutchison

Spinach with sliced strawberries, candied pecans, feta cheese crumbles, thinly sliced red onion optional with balsamic vinaigrette. For salads: red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, radishes, celery, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, green olives, diced dill pickles, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, black olives, carrots, and mushrooms. Add sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, deli ham, turkey, roast beef or pastrami, shredded provolone, cheddar, mozzarella or pepper jack cheese, hard boiled eggs. Can also add mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, spiced peanuts
