Having a ‘meet the boyfriend’ bbq and need a very good but very affordable dip that works well with chips and/or veggies! Spicy is ok but not overly so as we have 4 little ones eating … TIA

    Fiesta Ranch Taco Dip
    1 pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 cup sour cream
1 pkg Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
2 cups Mexican blend cheese or Taco blend (sometimes I mix both)
    Taco seasoning *to your liking
Mix all ingredients except taco seasoning together in bowl. Taste to get idea of flavor and then gradually add in taco seasoning to your taste preference.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips, fritos, doritos, or chips of your choice.

  2. All right this is good for chips or crackers you get a can of spam and you also get cream cheese you mashed the spam up in your fingers real good then you put the cream cheese in it and mix it all up and make a ball and that is an actual Good Dip you can put bacon bits chives whatever you want in it and it’s not very expensive

  3. 1 pack of fiesta ranch mix
    1 can regular rotel tomatoes
    1 can corn (optional)
Shredded cheddar (as much as you want)
Mix with 16 oz sour cream

Queso (I just use Velveeta & Rotel…& mix in browned ground beef) – it’s good without the beef, too ☺️

Tub of sour cream and some ranch mix or onion soup mix makes a good, neutral dip.

  8. Cream cheese, sour cream and no sodium McCormick roasted garlic and chipotle seasoning. Or cream cheese, sour cream and French onion soup mix, or ranch mix. Add sour cream to get the thickness you like to the cream cheese then add seasoning.

  9. Buffalo chicken dip. Shredded Rotisserie chicken, package of cream cheese, ranch, shredded cheddar cheese and mild Buffalo sauce. Mix all together with salt and pepper, could also add minced green onions and bake. Serve with veggies, pita, chips or even a baguette 🥖

Sour cream, ranch packet, cilantro, jalapeno. I put trimmed cilantro in small chopper with some sour cream to blend. Add ranch packet, blend again. Dice seeded jalapeno, add to chopper, blend. Once everything is nicely blended, mix back in with the rest of the sour cream. Chill 2-3 hours.
