  1. 50% ground Beef, 50% Italian Sausage, minced garlic, diced onion, mushrooms(pre sautéed and chopped), Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella, Basil(chopped), Chopped Black Olives, Italian Bread Crumbs, Egg. Mix it all together, form balls, bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes depending on size. I prefer big meatballs.

  2. Lean ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder and paprika. Dice onions and mix in, mix in panko and then form balls. Pan sear them and then bake at 300 for about 20 minutes depending on how many you have. Let rest. Add to sauce for pasta or add gravy and serve alone with mashed potatoes or with egg noodles as a pasta dish.

If you add in green peppers and some cooked mild pork sausage you can make individual meatloaf by forming balls size of baseballs and then pouring gravy over and baking covered at 350 for about 40 minutes (do not pre sear for this though) bast it with gravy halfway through and take cover off for last 5- 10 minutes of baking and bast it when you take off cover. Let rest before serving.

*I like to pre cook my onions (and green peppers in a pan slightly before adding so they’re not raw)
