I once chopped up onions and green peppers very fine so you know it smelled great…add to the mixture best I ever made…haven’t done it since because the onions and green peppers were for the baked beans

Hard boiled eggs, cut in half, remove yolk. Put yolk in bowl. Mix with Mayo or Miracle Whip, a little yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish. I do it by taste. A little salt and black pepper. Mix well. Scoop into whites. Sprinkle with paprika and/or chives.
