I just made a taco skillet type thing last night, like a homemade hamburger helper but so much better! I browned and drained my ground beef, added taco seasoning and ranch dressing powder, broth, can of rotel tomatoes, this rice, some taco bell taco sauce, and cheese. This was all stuff I had on hand and I was winging it entirely but it was a huge hit. I served with tortilla chips to crumble on top or dip

Form the meat in a cookie sheet and bake until cooked through. Cut I to squares and add your toppings.

Veggie beef soup or taco soup.

My family loves this and it’s so simple. Cooked ground beef. Add cream of mushroom and any spices you like (me, it’s garlic, onion, S&P, and a dash of some cavendar’s)
Spray casserole dish with non stick spray. Layer tots first then add layer of meat mixture. Add cheese on top of mixture and layer to the top. Bake for about 30mins until tots are cooked.
