Easy and Cheap and my whole family loves it!
Box of Rice a Roni
1lb of hamburger meat
Follow directions on box, with only 2 cups of water not 2 1/2 cups of water.
Got to put the hamburger in before cooking on low and add drained corn when just about finished.
We usually add corn to ours and top with soy sauce!

Do you cook the meat and rice separate then mix?
My au t makes this; she also adds stuffing nd a few jalapeños to ur recipe.

We add peas, and use beef broth.
Also do this with chicken, rice, peas.
I’ve made this without the corn, sometimes I’ll make little meatballs add water and simmer yummy either way 💞
I agree on the only 2 cups of water. I made it with 21/2 and it was mushy. Delicious but mushy.😋
I do this with the Spanish rice flavor, minus the tomato sauce a can of rotel, and hamburger meat..it’s so good
We also add sliced sausage, delicious, cheap and easy!

We had this tonight. I added a can of diced tomatoes and a little can of green chilies.
A can of sliced mushrooms instead of corn…so good..
