Taco bowl? I do ground meat with corn, black beans, salsa, onions, avocado, etc. Whatever sounds good at the time. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Or, ground beef on romaine lettuce rather than a flour wrap.

Wrap it up in a tortilla with toppings- onions, pickles, etc
Then grill. I usually add Big Mac sauce

  11. Beef picadillo my mom’s way (Honduran)

Sauté 2lb beef til about 85% done, drain most of the grease out and then add 1/2 onion chopped, 3-4 chopped garlic cloves, and 1/2 chopped bell pepper. Sauté that for about 4 min then add 1tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 2tsp ground cumin, salt and pepper to (to taste), 1tbsp of chicken or beef bullion), 1 tbsp of Goya Adobo seasoning( the one with the red cap or omit if you don’t have it) and about 3/4C of frozen mixed veggies(peas, carrots, corn) and mix. To that you’ll add 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can of el pato sauce (or another can of tomato sauce) and let it simmer for about 5 min. Lastly add half a bunch of chopped cilantro (or as much as you’d like) and mix it and let simmer for 10 more min. If the beef is still too dry you can add a little bit of water or more tomato sauce to your desired consistency. Always taste to add more salt or seasoning as desired. Serve it on top of some white rice and that’s it!

I made stuffed peppers tonight with ground beef, minute rice, Lipton Onion soup, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Spice it up anyway you want. Used some lovely green peppers from a nearby farmer’s roadside stand.

  13. Ground beef
    Nutritional yeast
    Garlic salt/ pepper
    Garlic powder
    Parmesan cheese
Diced tomatoes(optional- depends on what other veggies I use)

Cook ground beef & drain. Add in veggies until cooked to your preference and diced tomatoes (if you use them) and seasonings. Stir in cooked pasta and cheese.

This is my go to when I’m lazy lol.

Hobos. It is a burger patty but you place it in foil with sliced potatoes, broccoli, green peppers, carrots, squash, etc bake at 375 for 45 minutes

  16. Big Mac salad.

Cook ground beef, add diced peppers, Rotel diced tomatoes, balsamic vinegar. Stuff large mushroom caps with the mixture, sprinkle with cheese and bake to melt cheese and cook the mushrooms

  18. Make spaghetti, but instead of sauce, use Italian dressing as your sauce. Family doesn’t want regular sauce since making it this way

  19. Homemade egg rolls:
    2 packs of coleslaw
2 packs of egg roll wraps
    3 lbs hamburger meat
    1/2 c soy sauce
    1/2 4.5oz jar of garlic

In a bowl put coleslaw mix and microwave till tender.

Brown hamburger meat till almost done. Add garlic. And finish browning.

Mix altogether, lay out wraps and to put mixture onto wraps and wrap them up.

Fry them. (I use an electric skillet). Works best!

Enjoy! (We add Chrystal hot sauce and there great!)

  20. Meat turnovers…baking mix(jiffy,Bisquick, etc) mix as you would for biscuits, except add a little more or flour to make it a bit dryer so you can roll out about 1/8 in. Roll out and cut …fry hamburger with onion and seasonings , I like mushrooms too. Drain. Fill squares and fold over. Seal tightly poke top with fork. Bake 350 for 20-25 min til golden brown. Serve with gravy …another idea after frying hamburger and draining add gravy put over home cut fries, rice, noodles, or mashed. Spaghetti and eggs….no sauce
Saute spaghetti in butter add choice of seasonings, I like garlic powder blackened seasoning and pepper. Scrambled eggs pour over pasta toss to coat and cook. May need to add more butter. I like to Saute mushrooms and peppers in it. You can add chicken shrimp or crab meat too. Make it your own…salad. Or
Just regular toast goes good with it. Sprinkle spaghetti cheese on it… So good…
Or turn the pasta into pasta salad…tomatoes, dukes, chunks or cheese and pepperoni Italian dressing salad Supreme
Slice kielbasa and saute with peppers, onions, mushrooms in butter and garlic (can add Frank’s Sweet Chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce) put over rice or noodles. I like to make gnocchi and mix it in with it. Pieogies are great too.Any kind of meat can be used in above recipes. Tweak it Make it your own.

    Mongolian Beef
Browned ground beef, chopped broccoli, chopped carrots, peas, baby corn, onions and garlic. Toss the veggies in with the beef and add Mongolian stir fry sauce. You can substitute the baby corn with 1 can drained corn. Toss/heat until veggies are warmed and slightly soft to the touch. Serve over rice.

I brown the meat and add some beef better than bouillon. A little cooked rice and some shredded zucchini.
