Dinner Tonight: Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole
2 cups instant rice
2 cups chicken broth or water
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix rice, broth, soup and veggies in 9×13 pan. Add in seasonings to taste. Top with seasoned chicken breast (I cut mine in half because it’s easier for my family). Bake for 50 minutes.
Top with cheese (original recipe called for 1 cup, but I add more) and bake another 10 minutes to melt cheese. Enjoy!
