Cornbread stuffed dirty rice
I made dirty rice with cornbread and a few extras!
This cost me under $10 to feed 4+ people
I prepared the rice as normal
Added mini diced ham for meat
Then once cooked transferred to an oven safe dish and added pinto ( usually use kidney beans) beans, corn and sour cream
Mixed it all together and added the prepared sweet honey corn bread
It was extremely easy and super delicious! Again another toddler favorite! Give it a try when you’re wanting something quick and easy but filling!

I forgot to mention I used New York sharp cheddar cheese under the cornbread!

1can kidney beans
Lb. cooked hamburger meat
1canRotel
Cut up cabbage
Cover and cook till rice and cabbage done
Makes ALOT
