Add smoked sausage and soy sauce! Perfect meal.
I warm up rice first then scramble eggs salt and pepper then mix tell cook so yummy 😋
Add mixed vegetable stir fry and there you go!
add some veggies and you’ve got stir fry.
That is what we had everytime we got sick as a child . I love it. Also very good with hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled. So delicious

It’s like fried rice but…lazy lol
(And I’m sure it’s delicious, I love eggs and rice. I’d probably throw a tsp or 2 of soy sauce and some peppers or peas, maybe some cubed ham)
We mix egg with elbows. Mac and eggs!
I do that but instead of salt I add soy sauce and Sriracha
Add butter! Green peppers, bacon bits. There is so much you can do with rice, when it’s time to get groceries I always get rice because if nothing, at least I have rice!
Did this last night with soy sauce, a bag of peas and carrots and some canned chicken .
you can add boiled eggs too. i also add tomato cut in small pieces 🙂
This works better with leftover cold rice. JMO.

Add a dash soy sauce, some chicken and peas n carrots in a skillet for some fried rice.
In my house it was a fried egg with white rice
Add some canned or pouch tuna with Mayo and you are good

Sounds so weird but scramble an egg with cooked spaghetti noodles, add butter, salt and pepper to taste. So good
In China they make a egg and tomato mixture that they serve over rice it’s sooooo delicious. I used to work in a cultural center for international adult students and ever Friday was cooking Friday, we would get an authentic cultural dish from a different student each week. That was one of my all time favorites
I added a little browned hamburger to this dish when I was pregnant and lived on it for like a month in the middle of my pregnancy. Only dish I could keep down
I like it with runnier eggs though. So good!
Maybe with a dash of everything bagel seasoning also! Lol! I love that stuff and it’s great on eggs
