Do you like pasta? If so this one is awesome! I add that stuff onions to mine, and prefers spaghetti or vermicelli noodles.

  2. We often do grilled or baked chicken with oven roasted veggies or on top of questions big green salad. Steak cooked your favorite way and sliced then then served on top of a green salad or with a side salad is yummy too. We get 3-5 good serving from one steak with we slice it up and it is plenty. If you cook extra steak or chicken you have the basis for another meal or two in the coming days. Breadboard chicken can become chicken park. Just heat chicken, cover will th warmed spaghetti sauce, add parmesan or mozzarella and melt. Serve as is or on a sandwich., open face on garlic bread, or . Over pasta. Serve with leftover salad or cooked veggies. Leftover sliced steak can be rolled up with cheese in a tortilla and warmed up. Add more seasoning abd/or sauteed peppers, opinions or mushrooms, if you wish. Any left over cooked veggies and neT at the end of the week can be made into a quick fried rice

Kara Geason Go on Pinterest and search sheet pan dinners…. They are so versatile… So basically you pick your protein be a meat or a seafood and you use your favorite vegetables or seasonal vegetables or whatever vegetables the recipe calls for… they tell you what fresh or dried herbs and spices you need along with EVOO… you can marinate the night before or a few hours before or just do it right away… The beauty of everything if they cook in 30 to 40 minutes flat… The bonus is it’s easy cleanup because it’s one sheet pan!! What I also love about them is that for the summer all most all of if not most sheet pan recipes can be put right on an outdoor grill so you save heating up your oven and kitchen… most times if I want to bulk up a meal or shake it up and make it into something more fun I can serve with some fresh steamed white jasmine rice or some of our favorite pasta… and for fun we sometimes use a lot of them in wraps or pita bread or to make sub-sandwiches or fajitas..

  6. I have a question. I have some tuna fish but I don’t have any bread. But I do have bagels and tortilla chips. What can I do
