My husband cooks round slices of Eckrich skinless sausage wrapped in foil a little butter, diced yellow squash, new potatoes cut in quarters, onion, season with garlic power, pepper, salt, Cajun seasoning, and roasted herb and garlic seasoning wrap in foil cook on grill about an hour and 1/2 … it is very good
We’ve done foil wraps with diced potatoes, bacon bits, cheese, butter, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder. You kind of make a bowl out of the aluminum foil then throw it all in together! If you decide to try it out, make sure you leave enough room in them to close them up 🙂
Foil packs, polish sausage or shrimp or whatever meat, sliced potatoes and other veggies, butter and some seasoning and wrap I foil and throw on grill till done
Mix sliced andouille sausage with any and all vegetables of choice (peppers, onion, asparagus, green beans, squash, zucchini, etc…) toss in olive oil and add seasonings of choice (I mix a blend of different ones each time) wrap in an aluminum foil ‘pocket’ and grill for about 20 minutes
Texas Twinkies
Cooked brisket stuffed in the jalapeño with cream cheese or any cheese you prefer, wrap in bacon grill or oven bake.
Guaranteed hit!!!! Trust me.
Ribs, Steak, hot and sweet sausage with peppers and onions, and chicken are some of our favorites. Corn on the cob, pasta salad, potatoes wrapped in foil with butter, onion, salt and pepper, and baked beans are some of our favorite sides.
Cube chicken and marinate it in Italian dressing. The use bamboo skewers to alternate chicken, cherry tomatoe, pineapple, onion, and bell pepper, then grill. This is our absolute favorite grill out meal
