Mix sliced andouille sausage with any and all vegetables of choice (peppers, onion, asparagus, green beans, squash, zucchini, etc…) toss in olive oil and add seasonings of choice (I mix a blend of different ones each time) wrap in an aluminum foil ‘pocket’ and grill for about 20 minutes

Ribs, Steak, hot and sweet sausage with peppers and onions, and chicken are some of our favorites. Corn on the cob, pasta salad, potatoes wrapped in foil with butter, onion, salt and pepper, and baked beans are some of our favorite sides.

  12. Cube chicken and marinate it in Italian dressing. The use bamboo skewers to alternate chicken, cherry tomatoe, pineapple, onion, and bell pepper, then grill. This is our absolute favorite grill out meal

  13. Smothered sausages, kaboobs, corn on cob… potato salad, macaroni salad… grilled shrimp ribs
